Fresh from the coast of Madeira to the grill, you will find a tuna steak cooked in the Madeira style, grilled coastal bream fish and cod fish loin, along with an unmistakeable swordfish fillet with banana. From the mountains of Madeira, you will find skewered grilled pork or beef served with chopped mint or black pepper sauce. Do not miss the fantastic roasted sweet potatoes with sugar cane honey and fried corn. They are amazing and delicious. End the dinner with a magnificent passion fruit pudding.
If you want to taste more of what the island has to offer, the traditional bolo do caco with garlic butter and banana gratin with goat cheese are great ways to get to know the flavors and textures typical of Madeira.
