The Penha Longa Health Club is not a normal Fitness Centre:it has windows overlooking the pool and the golf course; it is spacious, light and enjoys the fresh mountain air; it has all the best equipment for indoor fitness and some "added extras" made in Penha Longa: towels and water at your disposal, pilates lessons and personal training upon reservation.
To complete your exercise, take a swim in one of the two swimming pools available (indoor and outdoor) and enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna or Turkish bath. Sounds good? It feels even better!

At Penha Longa Kid's Club, you can be sure that your children’s safety and happiness are of paramount importance. There are lots of toys and games for them to play and learn. Pirates and Treasures, picnics and camping, painting and cinema, cooking classes and fashion nights, pyjama parties or horse riding, their days will be full with all the activities that we have for them, especially during the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays. LAB:
Lab’s menus offer a creative and contemporary twist to Portuguese cuisine, mixing tradition and heritage with his inimitable modern approach. Chef Arola seeks to give diners unexpected contrasts of flavour and texture with the ultimate aim of provoking, surprising and delighting his guests. Food is available throughout the day and for dinner Arola’s take on the Portuguese tapas will compete with his more elaborate main courses. Wines will be served from a glass cellar, situated mid-restaurant. Live Dj from Wednesday to Sunday. il Mercato:
This restaurant is all about using the freshest and finest quality ingredients to create simple yet unique dishes distinctive from normal Italian cuisine. The Chef, using these ingredients in simple, flavourful combinations, works wonders. He specialises in using little known and and delicious food and wine products from all across Italy's twenty regions. A selection of Italian wines and home-made and imported food is available at our Gourmet shop inside the restaurant.

Midori
Come and see the recently refurbished Midori Restaurant with its contemporary feel and magnificient views of the surrounding Sintra hills and Penha Longa (the long Rock). Regulars find it difficult to decide if they prefer the Sushi Lovers Buffet on Wednesdays with its amazing sushi and sashimi selection or, if they would rather go for the Midori Buffet on Saturdays, where the best of Japanese cuisine is offered to all guests. You could also choose the Bento Boxes lunches. Tired of decisions, try them all!

Aqua
The poolside restaurant, open throughout the summer, is the perfect place to soak up the sun and breathe in the fresh air, whilst enjoying the finest Portuguese cuisine prepared on an open grill. The famous Portuguese Cataplanas take the leading role in the menu. This setting, by the side of the infinity pool, is enhanced by views of the Atlantic course and the Natural Reserve.
B Lounge
Come and see the latest refurbishment at the Penha Longa Resort! Cool yet sophisticated, this newly transformed area complements the other outlets and provides a relaxed dining alternative, where truly American Hamburgers reign supreme.
